On October 29, Akaki Tsereteli State University Rector Roland Kopaliani and Georgian Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Natia Turnava signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The purpose of the memorandum is to facilitate the training of qualified personnel with theoretical and practical skills based on students in Economics, Business Administration, and Law education programs. In addition, the Ministry and the university will cooperate based on the university's educational, scientific-research requirements and mutual agreement.
According to the memorandum, graduate students of Akaki Tsereteli State University, Economics, Business Administration, and Law educational programs will have the opportunity to do an internship at the Ministry. The memorandum also provides for public lectures by ministry representatives at the university.
