Akaki Tsereteli State University, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, 
organized XI Annual International Conference of Georgian Mechanical Union on August 27-29, 2020, at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.
About forty papers were presented at the conference, one of them was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Professor Giorgi Jayani, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, the first president of the Georgian Mechanics Union. 

The online conference of the students of the Faculty of Engineering was held on June 26, 2020 within the framework of the XXX ATSU Student Scientific Conference. The conference was held in two sections according to the topics: Section 1. Energy and Telecommunications.

The project aims at strengthening cooperation between the university, private sector and NGOs, promotion of institutional and human capacity for creation and implementation of the best practices of professional training / retraining in the field of green construction.

Energy and Telecommunications Department of Akaki Tsereteli State University and NGO "Students for Energy Efficiency" invite 13-16 year old teenagers to take part in a professional orientation Summer Camp which will take place on 13-15 July 2018. Participants will enhance knowledge on issues such as energy efficiency, green construction, climate change, environmental protection, modern approaches and energy saving technologies. Those willing to take part in the summer camp should fill out the registration form.
